Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to answer your message and do the work. This page explains, in plain language, what we hold, who processes it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

Collection

What we collect, and why.

Almost everything we hold about you is something you typed into a form on this site. Here is the full picture.

Form submissions

When you contact us through this site, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, and the details you write about your project. Form fields may also record the page you submitted from and basic campaign tags, so we know which page prompted your message.

Basic analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site, we see aggregate, non-identifying information such as page views and approximate region. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and provide the services you hire us for. We do not use it for anything else.

Handling

Who handles it, and for how long.

Processors

Two services touch your data on our behalf: Web3Forms processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox, and Cloudflare hosts this website. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Ever.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it is operationally necessary — to respond to you, deliver an engagement, or meet legal and accounting obligations — and then we delete it.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies by default. If that ever changes — for example, if we enable analytics that rely on cookies — we will update this policy first.

Your rights

Your information stays yours.

Access, correction, withdrawal (PIPEDA)

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. Email theo@taylorintelligence.ai and we will act on your request promptly.

Email consent (CASL)

We only send commercial electronic messages with your consent, as Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires. Every message includes a working unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its effective date. The version posted here is the one in effect.
